Chinese New Year is very important to me. It is the tradition that we have a vacation to say goodbye to the past and have a brand new start for the Chinese New Year. It is quite like Christmas and New Year in the west. During that period of time, almost everyone is off and comes back home from different cities and countries. It is really a happy family time.

Whenever you have a long vacation, it is good for you to take a step back and look at what you have achieved and you have not achieved in the past. Good or bad, it is gone. The point is to look ahead and embrace the future. Life is a journey of learning and finding. Let bygones be bygones. What you are going to react and what action you are going to take matters more.

What I would suggest that you can start to make a list to ask yourself and find out what your priority is. What you can do to improve yourself and make your life better. Maybe a new job, a new goal, or even a new habit would be fine. It does not necessarily have to be so serious. As long as it enriches your life, it is awesome. Remember, do not just let it go but take action.

Here are multiple questions to help you look at yourself honestly and thoroughly. By listing these questions or goals, you would know more about what is more important than another. There is no model answer. Everyone has different answers to the same questions. It is normal and true. Do not compare or judge. You are the one who really matters. Follow your heart and do not be too greedy. You would find your way and answers. You do not have to list them all at once. You can delete and add any item at any time. It is all right. Let’s take a look at them from two aspects: Internal balance & External balance.

Internal balance
