9.Cardamom: Cardamom speeds up your digestion. It has anti-inflammatory properties. You can grind 2-3 pods of cardamom, a small piece of ginger, a few pieces of cloves and a few coriander seeds. Eat this with warm water. It is a great cure for acidity.

10.Jaggery: Jaggery aids digestion. So you can suck a small piece of jaggery after each meal to keep acidity at bay! People with diabetes should not go for this remedy.
