Three Tips to Become a Healthier You
Written by Greg F. Marshall
There are few things that are more important in our lives than our health. Everything is influenced by it including relationships, work, school and home life. Without health we cannot live life to the fullest and enjoy all of the things that we were meant to enjoy. Here are some quick tips to become a healthier you.
Exercise daily with the tools that you have available to you. If you do not have a gym membership or access to a gym then purchase some resistance bands, a jump rope or start to walk in your local neighborhood. By exercising daily you will notice a difference in your stress level and how you handle it. You will notice that you have more energy at work to perform better which results in a more satisfying career. Your relationships with your significant other or children will improve because you will have more energy and clarity to pay full attention to the relationship. Make this a priority in your life starting now.
Eat small meals every two to three hours to increase your energy and decrease your waistline. Combine a protein and carbohydrate source in every meal to provide sustaining energy throughout the day. This will control your blood sugar and help you with not losing motivation or focus as the day goes on. By eating small meals every two to three hours you will teach your body how to utilize the nutrients you eat more efficiently and that is how you will decrease your waistline.
Get adequate sleep. Sleeping seven to eight hours per day will help you recover from your workouts as well as recharge you mentally. When you do not sleep enough, you do not give your body a chance to repair itself so you can be your best you. Set a sleep schedule and routine just like your workouts to get the best results.
Action Stepsr
Set a fitness goal that you want to reach in the next thirty days and write it down. Make sure the goal is defined and measurable and you put a deadline to it.
Read a nutrition book or website and get educated on what proteins, carbohydrates, and fats are.
Create a journal where you write down what you ate for the day, what goals you accomplished, and how you are going to reward yourself for reaching those goals.
Spend a minimum of thirty minutes a night with your significant other and children to communicate and develop deeper relationships with them.
Write down five things every night before you go to bed that you are thankful for to end your day on a positive note.

About the Author
Fiture was founded by me, Greg Marshall. I understand that people want to live the best life possible and I firmly believe that health is the most important thing in the world because without health you cannot reach your potential in all of life's aspects without it.
I have been in the fitness industry for close to a decade now and have ran several personal training businesses, helped thousands of clients get involved in fitness regimens, and I want to change as many people's lives as possible. Fitness and personal training is my vehicle for achieving this goal and touching as many people's lives as I can.
I sell fitness because I believe in it 100% and know how it can change a person's life in an instance. Fitness gives you an opportunity to prove to yourself that you CAN do anything that you set your mind to. Sometimes all it takes is someone to give you the knowledge and believe in you to help take your life and happiness to the next level.
I currently run a personal training organization out of Salt Lake City, Utah at The Gym at City Creek. I have an amazing team there who helps me increase my knowledge, motivation, and truly gives me an opportunity to positively affect more people tha
I can even handle.
My goal is to help you change your life TODAY!
