Some of these people have the desire to gain access but still think in the back of their minds that they just don't have a major need for it. Those who are scared to go online because they are unsure of themselves and what they are doing can learn very easily how to surf the Internet in no time.

The most common barriers that prevent people from going online are actually quite simple to understand. Some people simply haven't learned how to go online. Others are more concerned about the price of access to the net and don't' want to add another bill to their mounting stack of monthly bills. Some people just assume that access is not available in their area. In reality, many remote locations have satellite Internet access available to users, and in some instances, the government will pay to have it hooked up for you.
