The Top Foods That Burn Belly Fat
Written by Mark C. Miller
On the page below, you'll find a list of foods that burn belly fat.
Because in my opinion, the biggest reason why most people don't lose the weight they want is because they don't eat the right foods that help burn off belly fat.
Too many people try to restrict their food intake by dieting.
But diets are not only dull and boring; they're also extremely unrealistic for long term results.
Even worse, some programs require that you eat "special" foods that do nothing but drain your wallet.
Worst of all, diets will do nothing but slow down your body's metabolism so that you can't lose belly fat as quickly.
So I've put together a list of food that burn belly fat you can use as part of your nutrition planning.
By using some of these foods that help you burn belly fat, you can develop your lifestyle and develop supportive habits that are simple to follow and simple to live with.
For example, the foods that burn body fat below are all healthy, but I'm still a believe
of having a cheat day each week.
"Cheat days" will help you stay on track for losing belly fat because they allow you to cheat and eat some junk foods once in a while and still see great results.
This list of food that burn belly fat is NOT meant to be used as a diet.
I just want to show you, that providing some very simple supportive meals and foods you can use each day, you can keep losing belly fat and not feel like you're dieting or restricting yourself (which won't work long term).
Keep in mind that if you want a permanent fat loss to happen, you'll also want to do some exercise with your diet of foods that burn belly fat.
Here are some of the top food that burn belly fat:
DAIRY PRODUCTS- Skim milk, Nonfat yogurt, Eggs
MEATS- Skinless turkey breast, (sliced or ground) Skinless chicken breast
FISH- Cod, Halibut, Shrimp, Low-fat tuna,
STARCHY CARBS - Oatmeal or Cream of Rice Cereal Brown rice ("boil-in-the-bag" brown rice is very convenient) Potatoes, Yams, corn on the cob,
Whole-grain breads (made exclusively from whole grains)
FIBROUS CARBS-Fresh broccoli, Fresh cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Spinach Onions, Green, red, yellow peppers
OILS- Canola oil, Non-stick cooking spray, Virgin olive oil
What you want to do is use this list of foods that burn belly fat as just as foundation that you can make some of your meals with.
All of your meals need to consist of the right balance of proteins, carbs, and fats. Then you can create any meals you want by learning which foods fall into which categories.
If you want long term success at losing belly fat, you'll want to take this list of food and use it to assemble some very good-tasting supportive meals.
If you can't get to a supportive meal, try using meal replacement protein shakes.
Meal replacement shakes are definitely a food that burn belly fat.
When you can't eat often enough, like every 3 hours, you can use meal replacements to get a low calorie and high protein, supportive meal.
So use them in addition to this list of food that burn belly fat.
This list is a guide. It answers the question, "What should I eat?"
It will give you examples of supportive meals and show you how to add taste to foods that you might have thought of as "boring". You can experiment, mix, substitute, and enjoy.
For example, a recipe that uses chicken in a stir-fry-type dish might also be prepared with shrimp. A recipe that mixes a fish main course with a pasta side item might be prepared with rice instead of pasta.
Once you understand the food that burn belly fat, you can mix and match and use them in different recipes.
