The cosmetic market has many products to choose from. The skin care industry is one of the biggest culprits when it comes to products loaded with toxin. Regardless of being a regular user of cosmetics or not, all creams, sun block-lotions, even toothpaste etc. in small amounts over time become a toxic build up in your body. All these creams and lotions will provide short-term benefits but they come with the risk of long-term health consequences.
Your skin is where the first signs appear!
The biggest threat to the health and appearance of our skin is something known as free radical damage. Free radicals occur naturally but their numbers can increase to overwhelming levels by factors such as poor diet, lack of exercise, pollution, chemicals and toxins. These highly unstable oxygen molecules wreak havoc if left unchecked, leading to critically high levels of inflammation, accelerated aging and other health problems.
Your skin is where the first signs of free radical damage becomes noticeable since it is especially vulnerable to oxidative stress and inflammation.
The products are only than organic when certified!
It is important to realize that our skin is the largest organ of our body, there for enough damage can occur through absorption into the bloodstream. This is significant to remember: Up to 70 percent of what we put on to our skin goes into our bloodstream. A simple rule of thumb is: "Don't put it on your skin if you wouldn't put it in your mouth and eat it!"
Shopping for organic cosmetics becomes overwhelming with many claiming being organic, natural or naturally derived. It is difficult for users to know if the so-called "organic" cosmetics and creams on the shelves are truly organic and the ingredients are really natural.
Is it Organic?
There is a big difference between 'organic' and 'certified organic'. Without certification a product can contain just a few organic and natural ingredients and the rest are chemicals and synthetics.
It is necessary for any organic product being certified by a governing body that gives a guaranty the product has at least 95 percent certified organic ingredients and the rest is all natural.
Don't believe what labels say on any products!
Food labeling is a fast to say the least, and this applies right across the board. The deterrent effect of mandatory labeling, exposed by failure of government's legislation has become one of our health problems with a strong increase in illness across the western world. From every perspective there has been this failure by most western governments to bring in and uphold a strict labeling law on food packaging. Most food administration departments are sitting on their hands, twisting their thumbs and manufacturers can put into cosmetics, creams and foods whatever suits them best. All of this is not only confined to one or two products. There are hundreds of household items as well from personal care, toiletries, creams, lotions, toothpaste to beverages.
These products used every day can provoke allergies, irritation, skin rash and many other health hazards.
Searching for the best and safest products! There are very few companies that make totally organic, chemical and toxin free products you can trust.
There for we must only choose pure quality, effective and safe to use for any age group even babies and children.
