If you're an avid Weight lifter and Exercise on a regular basis then you should always know what you're eating and strive to eat foods that are of Superior Nutritional Value. Believe it or not, Weight Lifting used to be about more than getting as huge as possible. It was about becoming a better Man or Woman from a Health stand point.

It wasn't about pumping your body full of Harmful man made Chemicals and Steroids, it wasn't about dropping every smidgen of fat from your diet.

Which leads me to our screwed up Modern Day Diet ---

We as a society have gotten away from eating Natural, Non-Chemically enhanced foods that nature intended for us. Chemically enhanced processed food is one of the major causes of Cancer, Illness and many other Health problems.

Organic Whole food has proven time and time again to be Nutritionally superior than the alternative.

Grass Fed beef in particular is an excellent example. I've compiled a list of reasons you should ditch Grain Fed Beef and go All-Natural.

Ditch the Grain-fed and go Organic

    This essential Fatty Acid protects our bodies against many all sorts of ailments such as Stroke and Arthritis. Nuff said.

    Shedding those extra pounds is always a good thing. Whether you exercise or not, I don't care who you are.

  • Non-Toxic - Look, whether you like it or not, Grain-fed Cattle has proven to be toxic in numerous studies. Cattle that isn't Free range absolutely do not get the same care as Grass Fed Organic Beef.

    From being crammed up and not getting enough Sunlight to laying around in their own Feces.

    Yes, that Feces is absorbed through the skin and resides in the Muscle and Fat of the these Animals.Farmers feed these Cattle Steroids and Growth Hormone to fatten them up. It's a money game.

    More Meat= More $. Do you really want to ingest traces of these Harmful Hormones into your body?

  • Testosterone Boost - Grass Fed Organic beef has more Vitamins A, D, and K. These Vitamins are essential to a Mans body when it comes to producing the Anabolic Hormone -- Testosterone. Not to mention Grass Fed beef is much leaner than Grain Fed Beef, just another thing to consider.
