Booty, Buns, Gluteus Maximus, Glutes, BUTT!

We all want it….. a Curvy, Tight Booty! I used to think that some people were just blessed with pretty butts, and I just wasn’t one of them. I started switching up my workouts and saw some shocking results. My butt started to lift and round out. I loved how my jeans looked and became slightly addicted to checking myself out in the mirror…..he he!

You can too! Just add these 5 moves to your workouts 3 days a week and get ready to shake that money maker!

1. Squat and Kick

Standing with your feet hip width apart, squat as low as you can and kick as you come back up, repeat 15 reps alte
ating legs (total 30)

2. Dumbbell Deadlifts

Stand with your feet slightly apart holding a 10-15 lb dumbbell, bend over holding each end of the dumbbell in your hands with your back as straight as possible, bend to your knees and squeeze your butt as you come back up, you will feel the back of your legs tighten as well

3. Sway That Cellulite Away

This is a custom move that I created to tighten lower abs and buns. start by lying on your back, bent knees to 90 degrees, lift your butt up as high as you can and hold for 5 seconds, then start to sway pushing one hip up at a time, do ten times and then repeat 10 x

4. Gimme’ a D!

Lie on your side and lift your leg about as high as your hip, draw a D with your leg and then return to starting position repeat 10x on each side

5. Scissors

This move also tones the inner thighs Still lying on your side, point your toes and swing your legs in a scissor fashion extending them straight out, swing quickly and keep your tummy tight repeat for 20

Add 3 rounds of these 5 moves to your Bikini Mom Strength Training Workouts 3 times per week to see results in as little as 2 weeks!!! Combined with your Bikini Mom Cardio….. you will surely be rocking that Bikini in no time!

BONUS!!!! If your gym has a Smith Machine, USE THE HECK OUT OF IT! It is much safer than trying to use a regular barbell for squats. I have noticed the biggest difference in my thighs and booty after properly learning how to use this awesome piece of equipment.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
