STEP 6: FIND ALTERNATIVES TO DRINKING

You should find an alternative to drinking. It will help you a lot. There are a lot of things to do. Just find out what you like to do, what is your passion, what is your dream and follow it.

1. Do exercise when you feel to drink.
2. Pass your time in recreation, playing video games.
3. Watch movies or listen to music or whatever you like.
