We have been seeing many M1 type Solar Flares lately, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to talk about the impact and affects of the solar flares on our energy.
Solar Flares bombard the earth with an increased amount of high frequency energy. These flares have caused lots of physical, emotional and mental symptoms for many people.
A solar flare is literally an explosion that happens on the Sun when energy stored in twisted magnetic fields is suddenly released. Flares produce a burst of radiation across the electromagnetic spectrum, from radio waves to x-rays and gamma-rays.
Scientists classify these solar flares according to their x-ray brightness in the wavelength range 1 to 8 Angstroms. There are 3 categories: X-class flares are rather big. An X-class flare can trigger planet-wide radio blackouts and long-lasting radiation storms. M-class flares are medium in size. M-class can cause brief radio blackouts that affect Earth's polar regions. Minor radiation storms sometimes follow an M-class flare. Compared to X- and M-class events, C-class flares are small with few noticeable consequences here on Earth.
Essentially, solar flares are magnetic storms that release huge amounts of high energy particles and gases and are ejected thousands of miles from the surface of the sun.
Researchers have shown that the same charged particles that can affect the weather here on Earth can also impact the magnetic field around humans.
It should also be noted that during times of heightened solar flares, there is usually an increase in volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, hurricanes and earthquakes.
Because of the increase in high energy, these flares can influence our physical bodies, often producing symptoms such as headaches, heart palpitations, nauseousness, as well as causing one to feel tired, nervous, anxious, shaky, and exhausted.
The photon energy that is emitted is at a very high vibration and produces a very powerful opportunity for us as well. People tend to be able to manifest things more easily during this time because they are getting a high dose of high frequency energy.
At the same time, many people find their sleep disrupted and have a hard time feeling relaxed and at ease.
So how do we make the best of solar flares and how do we harness this great energy?
The best thing to do is to find some time to take off your shoes and find a quiet spot in nature. This serves two purposes. First, it allows you the opportunity to ground this high energy and the electricity from the solar flare event. And second, it gives you some quiet time to listen to what your higher guidance needs to express to you. This is the perfect opportunity to take a breather and allow the high energy of the event to raise your vibration putting you in direct alignment with your higher self :-)
This is a great time to pause and reflect on what is occurring in your life in the present moment and what needs attention.
It is important to drink LOTS OF WATER and try to eat whole unprocessed foods during this time.
And finally, remember to be in a state of non-judgement during these times. You may not know how much someone might be affected by this heightened energy. We each have our own journeys and deal with these fluctuations in energy differently. The best we can do is tune in to our own personal frequency and
receive guidance for ourselves and make adjustments where needed.
