The difference between social anxiety disorder and social phobia is the fact that social anxiety has logical reasons for its manifestation, while social phobia is an absurd fear. We can differentiate fear from phobia when we analyze an individual’s behavior and life story. However, we must also know the meaning of the dream language in order to make various associations. This is how we will understand what is really happening to someone who is afraid of social meetings.
We must be grateful to the psychiatrist Carl Jung and his discoveries conce
ing the importance of the meaning of dreams. My discoveries after continuing his research confirm this truth, giving you more answers.
Dream translation according to the scientific method helps you easily understand what provokes social anxiety or social phobia, and what you have to do in order to overcome it for good.
Social anxiety is very common. This happens because human beings are by default very afraid of other people’s judgment and reactions. The wild side of their conscience (anti-conscience) takes advantage of this natural fear in order to destroy the human side of their conscience. It increases this fear through absurdity, generating various abnormal reactions.
We are afraid of the people we don’t know, or even of those we know very well. We are afraid of their thoughts about us. We are also very afraid of their possible bad intentions. We don’t want to be considered ridiculous or humiliated. Humiliations are fatal catastrophes for our ego.
This situation alone already justifies the fact that so many people suffer from social anxiety disorder in our cruel world. If we will also analyze the various sad life situations each one faces in their personal lives, their traumas, and the characteristics of their personality, we will find a series of explanations that will reveal the causes of their exaggerated fear before social meetings.
This analysis is easily done through dream therapy. Individuals who suffer from social anxiety see all their psychological problems reflected in the dream images. They discover real solutions that help them overcome their fears. They also learn how to build a balanced and self-confident personality.
Individuals who suffer from social phobia have a different problem. A phobia is an absurd fear that cannot be logically justified. It will suddenly affect a normal individual’s life, while he or she had a healthy social life before. It is not a psychological problem that was formed with time and various traumatic experiences. It is the result of an intervention of the unconscious mind that protects their mental stability.
A social phobia indicates that individuals who become terrified in social occasions can easily lose their minds because they are making a serious mistake, or many mistakes. All phobias have a protective function. They try to preserve an individual’s mental health.
Through dream therapy individuals who suffer from social phobia will find out why they are making mistakes, and how to correct their behavior. As soon as they stop making serious mistakes, their phobia disappears.
Dream therapy is the fastest phobia treatment available today, thanks to the simplification of Carl Jung’s method of dream interpretation. Social anxiety is also treated in a very short period of time. Today everyone can easily learn the dream language, and understand the unconscious messages in their dreams. Thus, everyone can easily discover the origin of their psychological problems, and find real solutions.
