Zinc and Calcium- To get rid of pimples, these both minerals are very useful. Zinc is found in seafood, oysters and milk. The two advantages of having calcium is, they help in clearing the skin and it is also useful for bones. Zinc and calcium are not only helpful in getting rid of pimples but also in getting rid of wrinkles too.

Sea Food and Fish- Sea Food and Fish It helps in hydrating and nourishing the skin by eating an oily fish like salmon and tuna which contain omega-3 fatty acids. You can also add a good quality fish oil supplement to your diet if you cannot eat a fish. It will not only help your health but also boost in making your skin look young and glowing.

Water - Drinking water is necessary for the maintenance of a healthy and glowing skin. One should at least drink 8 glasses of water.
