Courses Offered  
Undergraduate Medical Course:
The Undergraduate Medical Course offered at the deemed medical college is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) which is of four and a half year of academic study and includes a one year of compulsory internship. The MBBS course is divided into three phases namely, Pre-clinical, Para-clinical and Clinical and the total intake capacity is 150.

Post Graduate Medical Courses:
The Postgraduate Medical Courses offered at the top medical college is Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) with duration of three years. The annual intake capacity of MD/MS is 144.

Undergraduate Medical Admission Process
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate seeking MBBS admission in Shri B M Patil Medical College must have
• Completed 17 years of age as on 31 December of the year of MBBS admission
• Must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying Entrance Exam. In respect of the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL), the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination shall be 40% marks for Unreserved and General-EWS Candidates. In respect of PwD candidates, the minimum marks in qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology taken together shall be 45% instead.

MBBS Entrance Exam
NEET UG is a common MBBS entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBBS course in medical colleges in India. To secure MBBS seat in Shri B M Patil Medical College, the candidate has to qualify in NEET exam with the following percentile:
