We are now living in times of constant change. For many it is a time of confusion, chaos and uncertainty as the world
shifts from a place of fear to a place of love and light.

We as a human race are beginning to awaken one by one to a new way of living, a new way of thinking and a new way of being.

These changes will create a new 'reality' for everyone. During these shifts you may experience periods of time
that cause you discomfort, overwhelm and uncertainty. Be assured that your awareness of these changes is going to

Here are a few suggestions that can help you with the changes.

1. Connect with likeminded people
You are never alone even if it feels like you are! Find people who also want to grow and learn and make time to speak with them. Hearing the experiences of others can assure you that you are not alone and there is always a solution to support you through these times.

2. Spend time in quiet contemplation
Even a small amount of time alone can have an enormous impact on your wellbeing. Time for your mind, body and
spirit to relax as you reconnect with yourself, mother earth and your heart. Honour your Divine self with quiet time which will reconnect you with inner peace and harmony.

3. Connect with your heart.
Chaos,stress, fear, doubt and worry only exist in the mind. Our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes create all sorts of angst that can spiral into physical and emotional illness; stress and uncertainty which exacerbates feelings of overwhelm. Consciously connect with your heart regularly. Your heart only knows truth, love and peace which is the greatest healer available. Importantly your heart aligns you with your authentic self and thus negates stress and chaos.

As awareness in the world increases, it is more important than ever to understand who you really are so that your
authenticity anchors you and protects you from the chaos. It is when you step aside from your truth that you experience disempowerment, stress and confusion. However, from a place of authenticity you will feel empowered and thus say hello to inner peace regardless of what is happening 'out there'.
