Low Fat Content

No doubt that the top fat burning food is going to be full of vitamins and minerals but it will also be low in fat. Now keep in mind this doesn’t mean zero-fat as the body requires a certain amount fat in the diet for necessary functions. Remember, the body requires a moderate amount of fat in the diet and should not have to rely on carbohydrates for the glucose it needs for energy. A low fat diet will supply you the fat the body requires but not too much to prevent fat burning. The energy produced from fat is a good source of energy contrasted to carbohydrate energy.
