Since the past many scientists and researchers are experimenting and studying something on the extrasensory perception and the research on this is still going on to find out the exact source of the understanding of perception. While doing some research work on the extrasensory perception old experimental methods were used in the past but now a day for these researches the scientists are using new experimental methods and some new meta analytical techniques which are conducted despite some conventional neuro-scientific assumptions and by all this researches it has been proved that the extrasensory exists. There are plenty of methods which one can use for meditation and one of the simplest methods of meditation techniques for beginners which help them to learn how to control their breathing power. The best way to relax one’s mind is to focus on their breath and how to control this is taught in the meditation techniques for beginners. The meditation technique for beginners teaches one how to close their eyes and should focus on their concentration on their breathing so that their mind can relax for sometimes.
