Just a few simple ingredients, put together in a specific combination . . .

Maybe it sounds too good to be true. But as my experiments in Love continue, I discover more evidence that supports this idea.

Love is something that you experience when you create the proper conditions for it to exist in your life.

Whether it’s Self-Love, Love of friends and family or Romantic Love, you have the ability to whip some up as soon as you decide to make a fresh batch of Love!

Of course, it helps to know what you need to make it! And you’ll also want to know how to use the ingredients to get your desired result!

Recipe for Love

Ingredients:

Attitude
♥ Positive Input
♥ Inspired Action
♥ Self-Care
♥ Support

Directions:
1 Start with Awareness. This means practice being present here and now. Feel your breath go in and out and know that your life is a miracle.
2 Adopt a positive Attitude. Being full of gratitude for your own existence puts you in the proper state of being to move from where you are to where you want to be.
3 Add Positive Input. This can come in the form of books, videos, audios, people or even your own thoughts and words. Commit to learning something that helps you feel good every day!
4 Take Inspired Action. By following steps 1-3, you open yourself up to receiving wisdom and insight from the Universe. Put these ideas into action immediately to achieve your goals more quickly and easily than you thought possible!
5 Practice Self-Care. Daily discipline in the areas of fitness, nutrition, grooming, rest and relaxation provide a foundation for Love to blossom in your life!
6 Find great Support. Connect with fellow Love-makers to give you encouragement and provide accountability.

The Key Ingredient

Pretty simple, right?

. . . Not necessarily easy.

The key ingredient here is really YOU!

In order for this amazing recipe to take shape in the form of mouth-watering Love, you must commit to following the six steps above exactly and consistently!

This is where so many people fall short . . .

. . . They stick with a healthy routine for a while . . .

. . . They work on positive habits here and there . . .

But it’s only when you decide that you won’t settle for anything less than your ideal standards that the magic will really happen.
