If you are searching for a place to book your HOLIDAY IN SPAIN, how about the second healthiest place in the world: Quesada? The healthy side of life is due to the proximity of the salt lakes, climate and clean air and the fresh Mediterranean food that grows all about. A perfect base for travelling to and from, Quesada is close to some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, the championship golf courses and incredible mountains, where climbing, bike and horse trekking are not only sports but a way of life. While in Quesada do not miss the opportunity to taste not only the culture but also the local cuisine. Do not worry about not finding something to do, In Quesada there is plenty to do, especially with those salt lakes nearby and there are all those back streets with the intoxicating shops and restaurants. This small town will give you hours of fun just by looking around.

It’s a golfer's paradise too as the courses of Villamartin Golf Club de Golf Real, Club de Golf Las Ramblas and Club de Golf Campoamor all just a few minutes from your villa. These courses are a dream for those that love to take a long shot. Exciting fairways and difficulties to approach the greens surrounded by sand traps and water traps. Even beginners will have a lot of fun on these courses so don't be afraid to try them. And the last thing though: remember to bring your handicap certificate with you as most courses require them.

Quesada is small compared to a lot of other resorts but do not let its size fool you. Quesada has everything you could ask for from any holiday and much more. In fact, ideally bring the family since there is something for everyone no matter their age. There is the water park where they can play for hours and the older or should I say bigger kids will also have hours of fun. There are a number of excellent restaurants serving an excellent array of cuisines and cafes are great places to sit on a summer afternoon for people watching. It’s a terrific place to spend the evening in a local bar chatting with locals, finding information about the resort not easily found in any of the guide books. When ordering drinks, you might get lucky: if the bar owner likes you maybe you will get to try a tapa with it.

When you're on your HOLIDAY IN SPAIN near Quesada, visit some nearby towns. Search out Elche, Torrevieja, Guardamar and of course Alicante where you can spend the day exploring their history or take a meal in one of the best restaurants. Most of them especially along the promenades are great places for conversation and visual stimulation, not to mention the many open air markets where you could purchase gifts for friends back home.
