“Right now there are so many people suffer from gastritis and constipation that it seems like an epidemic. But here is a process of healing the GI tract and feeling great again. This process is simple and will change life forever.”
Regular food is full of herbicides, pesticides, and other chemicals, and GMO Foods that have been proven in studies to create inflammation of the GI tract. There are studies of sheep and rats showing that everyone of the animals that consumed these chemicals came down with terrible hemorrhagic inflammation of the stomach and intestines. This means that organic food is the only good food to eat. In order to heal the GI tract we have to remove the offending agents thus stopping the cyclic process of injury to the mucosa of the stomach and intestines.
Organic food is becoming less and less expensive. And if a person contacts organic farmers in the area and have them deliver organic food direct to your door… the food is less expensive than regular food. Thus putting an end to this cycle of inflammation.
Also animal protein has been shown in many studies to increase inflammation. This can lead to gastritis, plaque build up in arteries, strokes, and even cancer. Thus making it very important to start eating a Whole Foods/Plant Based Diet. Eating lots of green leafy veggies that are alkalizing for the GI tract and for the body in general which is important for health. Also as we get older our buffering system for acids becomes weakened, and we need to take that into account as we age. This means eating lots of turnip greens, collard greens, kale, cucumbers, and lots of other greens help to balance the acid in our system. Even eating lots of grains can lead to more acid in the body, so it’s very important to eat more green leafy veggies… and especially raw green veggies.
Raw veggies are more alkaline than cooked veggies, and raw green leafy juices are especially alkaline. Thus drinking lots of raw green juices is important for keeping our system in balance. Also there are lots of acidic foods and chemicals that should be avoided that cause inflammation. These should be removed from our diet… No meat, no chicken, no fish, no seafood, no eggs, no cheese, no milk, no added oils, no canned foods, no artificial flavors, no artificial sweeteners, no sugar, no artificial anything, no chemicals of any kind, and if you don’t know what the chemical is don’t eat it. No alcohol, no highly spiced food, and use very little salt, no fast food, no processed food, if in doubt don’t eat it, chemicals are not good for the body. No wheat, no bread, no barley, no spelt, no rye – all of these are highly inflammatory.
Eat at least 80 to 90% raw food, that way the body will stay alkaline and keep the GI tract soothed and feeling great.
Drink at least 2 and up to 6 – 8 oz glasses of green alkalizing juice every day – Organic Kale, Cabbage, Cucumbers, Swiss Chard, Lots of Carrots, Turnip Greens, Beet Greens, and any other kind of green leafy veggie you can find. Alkalizing keeps inflammation away! Also include some organic carrots, carrots are amazingly healthy and contain powerful healing nutrients.

And eat a 2 inch section of fresh aloe vera stem 2 or 3 times a day. Remove the skin, and chop it up, and eat it with come organic juice. Fresh aloe vera is very alkaline and thus it’s great for our GI tract. Also eat raw veggie snacks including one cup of organic carrots, or celery, or zucchini, winter squash, and any other hard veggie that can be made into sticks for snacking works great. Have this snack 3 or 4 times a day. Also this food is full of great organic fiber that creates a good environment for the growth of good bacteria in our gut and thus our immune system is given a boost. And the fiber also takes care of any constipation problems.

In the morning have 1/2 cup of organic cereal, with 2 cups of fresh fruit, and papaya is very soothing for the GI tract… so make sure to include some papaya. And use some kind of nut milk which does not include animal protein. And at lunch have a nice alkalizing salad and include some organic beans of some sort for more protein.

In the evening have some hot food (perhaps some organic veggie soup), most people like hot food in the evening so don’t try to over do the raw food thing. Eat raw as much as possible during the day, but in the evening have some cooked veggies so you don’t feel deprived. It’s also a process of overcoming mental habits. We have habits of eating animal protein, processed food, fast food, and the cravings for those food lasts about 2 or 3 weeks. After that initial period our cravings subside and eating a healthy diet becomes second nature.

The last meal of the day should be consumed no later than 6 or 7 PM. Eating later can cause acid reflux because we’re too full when we go to bed. Also stay away from spicy food, alcohol, and eating so much that it causes a bloated feeling. All of that will lead to gastritis and acid reflux.
