“Here is a wonderful recipe that’s quick and simple to make and has all the great flavor of lots of garlic, wonderful sun dried tomatoes, and amazing cilantro. This dish is sure to please everyone in the family and it’s packed with lots of health benefits.”

Ingredients:

10 - Cups of Cooked Organic Brown Rice—Cooked with 12 cloves of minced garlic and annatto seed powder or a little saffron for a nice yellow color.
16 - Oz of Organic Marinated Artichoke Hearts with the Marinade
12 - Cloves of Organic Minced Garlic
1 - Cup of Organic Sun Dried Tomatoes Packed in Olive Oil
12 - Oz of Organic Black Olives
1 - Cup of Fresh Organic Cilantro
12 - Oz of Organic Vegetable Protein (Tofu) or Pea Protein
1 - Large Organic Tomato Sliced in Thin Slices
1/2 - Teaspoon of Paprika Powder
1/2 - Teaspoon of Annatto Seed Powder or 1/4 Teaspoon of Saffron
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Cook the rice with 12 minced cloves of garlic and a little annatto seed powder of saffron powder for that nice yellow color.

Next take a blender and add the container of artichoke hearts, black olives, veggie protein, cilantro, and add just a little bit of water to make the blender work. Blend on high until everything is creamy. Pour the rice and the blender mix into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Then pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish, pat it all down evenly and garnish with 6 slices of tomato… and a little paprika powder on top of everything.
Place the casserole dish in a preheated 400 degree oven for one hour or until nice a brown on top.

Let cool slightly and serve with a big spoon.

Everyone will love this dish.

Garlic

Garlic contains allicin which in double blind studies has been shown to cut your probability of coming down with a cold or flu by 50%. But allicin must be taken in it’s natural form as fresh garlic. Garlic has been shown to lower blood pressure and manage blood pressure for long periods of time.

Garlic has the ability to help you use iron more effectively, so if you are low in iron and taking an iron supplement also take Garlic. Garlic can help prevent the accumulation of fats in the liver. Garlic increases bile flow from the gallbladder thus it helps to prevent gallstones and congestion of the liver. Garlic has been shown to heal away plaques in arteries… and thus help to improve cardiovascular disease, stokes, and other diseases.

Cilantro

Cilantro helps to remove lead and other heavy metals from the body. But it’s a slow process, and it would take eating lots of cilantro to remove a lot of toxic heavy metals… but it does work.

Cilantro is a powerful antibacterial agent that helps to kill Salmonella and other bacterial infections. In fact cilantro and cilantro oil helps to keep food from rapidly spoiling. Cilantro contains many great oils that help with microbes and fungi such as cineole, borneol, terpineol, and many more powerful oils.

A compound found in cilantro called “dodecenal” was found to be more powerful than the antibiotic gentamicin in killing Salmonella in laboratory studies. And a study in Brazil found that cilantro oil might be a good agent for cleansing away fungi from the body. And the University of California at Berkley said “We were surprised that dodecenal was such a potent antibiotic.”

Cilantro contains lots of powerful antioxidants that help to boost our immune system and thus prevent disease. And antioxidants also help to prevent DNA damage and promote DNA repair thus slowing the aging process. Cilantro contains beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin, quercetin, rhamnetin, epigenin, kaempferol, and lutein and zeaxnthin for healthy eyes and to prevent macular degeneration. Cilantro juice contains twice as much antioxidants as broccoli – another reason to always have some cilantro on hand.

Cilantro contains very little carbs, no fats, no cholesterol, and hardly any protein – and 1/4 cup of cilantro only contains about 1 calorie… great weight loss food. Cilantro contains Vitamin C which is a powerful antioxidant for cardiovascular health, strokes, and cancer. Also Vitamin A for healthy mucus membranes and eye health… plus Vitamin K for proper clotting and for preventing osteoporosis. And wonderful B Vitamins for proper fetal health, good mood, and vitality… plus Vitamin E for sexual and cardiovascular health.

Cilantro also contains iron and copper for anemia, calcium and phosphorus for strong bones, potassium for heart health and water regulation, selenium and zine for immune support, magnesium for diabetes and depression, and manganese for enzyme production.

Enjoy this great recipe and be healthy!

This dish is also great for parties.
