Most successful speakers and coaches work extremely hard on their business. Not only are they handling the day-to-day responsibilities of coaching their clients or speaking at events, but they are working on getting new clients, mastering their social media to connect with their followers, and continually building their brand, among other things. It truly can be overwhelming. So overwhelming in fact, that many just give up or do little of the tasks that help them grow their business. That’s why they need professional support; the professional support that an online support specialist can provide.

An online support specialist is your right-hand woman (or man) and able to take on those many tasks you just can’t do, don’t have time to do, or flat out don’t want to do. They can handle everything from building your web presence to keeping up with your social networks, and are especially beneficial when you have something new to offer such as a product or book launch.

Now some fear that if they aren’t involved in the day-to-day activities of their business they will lose their voice and not have the impact they envision. That is rarely the case. The online support specialist helps to make sure your voice is heard loud and clear, and that the outcome will have your signature in every element of it. Also, many online support specialists have built teams of qualified professionals to assist with every aspect of being successful.

Here are just a few things an online support specialist can assist with:

Product Launches – As speakers and coaches often offer books or audio series to support their passive income or highlight their expertise, and they frequently need help with product launches. There are so many steps required to get it right. From start to finish, an online support specialist and their team can ensure that every piece of the puzzle fits together perfectly for a successful launch.
Let’s go ahead and show you how it’s done. The speaker or coach starts the project by creating the elements that involve their expertise (e.g., putting together the material for the book). They then hand it over to their online support specialist. Then a number of things happen.
The content can be typed, proofed/edited and typeset, graphics and cover copy created, and everything else in between needed to complete the project are finalized.
Once they have the final product (or even while putting the finishing touches on it), an online support specialist can also work to develop the sales page or web copy, build a social media campaign, and probably just as important, maximize the speaker or coach’s list and work on a newsletter or autoresponder series. Finally, videos can be created to further enhance the project.

This is just an example of the many tasks involved in a product launch and how it is ever-changing with the individual needs of the client; but you can clearly see how effective having an online support specialist on your team can be.

PR and Marketing - Online support specialists are especially skilled at PR and marketing. They can create a press release campaign or article marketing campaign, work on book or product blog tours, assist with creating an Amazon best-selling campaign, and truly anything else needed to get more PR for your business. They are also masters at sales copy. And, of course, they can be instrumental in promoting a product launch as we described above.

What is especially beneficial is that your online support specialist will often discover things you didn’t even realize needed to be done. It not only takes things off your plate, but is an effective use of your time. So why wait? Find yourself an online support specialist today and take your business to the next level of success, finally completing all those projects you know you want to do.

The Quiet Engine Behind Every Connection Most people think of telecom services as towers, signals, and mobile data moving invisibly through the air. Yet behind every call that connects and every message that reaches its destination, there is another system quietly working in the background. That system is the call center. While customers often interact with telecom companies only when something goes wrong, these centers operate constantly, guiding problems toward solutions an

Introduction The solar industry once believed that collecting as many leads as possible was the fastest path to growth. Marketing teams focused on filling databases with names, phone numbers, and email addresses. At first, the numbers looked promising. Dashboards showed rising interest and more inquiries than ever before. Yet behind the scenes, many companies began to notice a quiet problem. Revenue growth did not match the flood of leads. Sales teams felt overwhelmed, conver
