“Dr. Haider’s Pull-Up Crunch”

Here is one exercise that I do on a regular basis— 100 repetitions at a time.

If I had to pick just one exercise this would be it.

If you want to get in shape you have to exercise… there is no way around it.

It’s 80% diet and 20% exercise to lose weight and to get in shape.

But that exercise will keep you feeling great and looking good.

I will be 65 in September and I feel like I am 20 — Really!

I have no aches, no pains, I don’t take any medications and I feel like a kid.
