Anxiety is labeled as a heightened state of alarm, uneasiness and apprehension; normal levels of anxiety occur within everyone but it becomes an issue when the anxiety hinders your life, and is now labeled as an anxiety disorder. Stay in the shower long enough to wash away all your negative thoughts and feelings vowing to yourself when you step out of the shower you will no longer dwell on those thoughts.
