Once the report is prepared by the radiologist, the doctor checks it out to know whether your body has responded to the treatment or there are still certain damages inside your body. MRI has brought revolution in the field of treatment as doctors and researchers can use the method to get the actual situation inside of a human body and then go for further treatment. MRI is a painless and non-invasive procedure. The first full-body scanner was created by Raymond Damadian, which was nicknamed as 'Indomitable'.
What Is an MRI Scan?
There are MRI centers in Bangalore and other metropolitans, but do you know what it is? Actually, a scanner is used for MRI which looks like a large tube and there is also a table in the middle that helps the patient to slide into the tunnel. An MRI scan is different from CT scan and X-Ray as in this process ionizing radiation is never used that is harmful to the patient.
