Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe

Ingredients:

12 - Oz of Cooked Organic Lentils

12 - Oz of Cooked Organic Black Beans

1 - Cups of Cooked Organic Brown Rice

1 - Cups of Cooked Organic Potatoes

1/2 - Teaspoon of Organic Turmeric Powder

1/2 - Teaspoon of Organic Xanthene Gum - A Natural Thickening Agent

1/2 - Cup of Organic Brown Rice Flour

4 - Cloves of Organic Garlic - Minced

1/2 - Teaspoon of Organic Chili Powder - Mild or Spicy that’s up to you.

1 - Large Organic Onion - Chopped

1 - Large Organic Red Bell Pepper - Chopped

1 - Teaspoon of Organic Garlic Powder

Add just a little bit of filtered water

Salt and Pepper to Taste

(Optional) - Add Hot Sauce if you like it Spicy

In a large bowl add all the ingredients and use an immersion blender or a potato masher and add just a little water. At the last moment mix in the chopped red pepper. You don’t want this to wet, you want to keep it somewhat dry. When everything is mashed and mixed well place in a loaf pan and bake at 350-degrees for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the loaf is pretty firm to the touch.

Let cool, slice and serve

Serves 12 people and it keeps well in the fridge.

PS - You could also make this into patties for making burgers.

“Health Benefits of Organic Lentils”

Lentils are by far one of the best foods on planet earth. Full of protein, lots of fiber, good carbs, with other veggies they make a complete meal.

They grow all over the world and go back 13,000 years. Lentils are talked about in the Bible and were blessed by Jesus and Mohammed. They are high in protein, great for building muscle mass, helps with hormone production, contain resistant starch for probiotics, they alkalize the body, and lower blood sugar.

Lentils boost up our metabolism, have a low glycemic index, prevent heart disease, strokes, cancer, IBS, diverticulitis, lower cholesterol, and are anti-inflammatory. Lentils are full of magnesium and most people are deficient in magnesium.

They also boost up our immune system, detox our body, slow the aging process, contain lots of molybdenum for preventing cancer, full of B Vitamins, prevent anemia, full of antioxidants, and are super versatile for cooking all kinds of dishes.

Remember to Eat Organic Lentils - Regular lentils contain up to 6 cancer-causing chemicals, 12 hormone-disrupting chemicals, and up to 10 or more other disease-causing chemicals… Not Good. Eat Organic and Stay Healthy!

Many Blessings to Everyone!
