When you sponsor someone into your network marketing business that person is considered a leg. Every person you sponsor is a new leg. Sponsoring people into your network marketing business leads to quick money, but driving your legs deep builds security and residual income.
Here are 3 steps to driving your MLM legs deep.
1.Be an Attractive Leader- To be a leader in network you must be willing to do what others will not do. You also must work on personal improvement constantly by following a daily schedule for personal development.
Also you must develop the habit of being likeable. This means listening to others, and being willing to help those who are willing to help themselves. This attracts people to you and encourages them to want to work with you.
2. Increase Your Vision- Do not think in limited terms of only the people you know. Think of all of the people each individual on your team knows, and the people they know, and so on and so on.
This will increase your vision from a scarcity mentality to a mental image of abundance, and unlimited leads.
3. Dive into the warm markets of your new distributors- Meet the people that your team comes in contact with as soon as possible, and continue this process until you bump into a leader who will duplicate your efforts without being told what do.
You will usually find a leader 6-10 levels deep in your organization. If one of your legs dries out before you find a leader, sponsor another person and start driving that leg.
Aim for 3 leaders in 3 separate legs. This is a worthy goal because history shows that this leads to MLM riches.
Driving your MLM legs in this fashion is usually done with in-home presentations, but if you have a good online system and you are comfortable talking on the phone, this process can be done from the comfort of your home.
Much Success,
