People who are undergoing this diet are advised to eat specific types of food in specific quantities at specific times of the day. Don't worry, since you can pretty much add any spices or herbs in the meals you will be eating. Also, you will be advised to drink not more than four or five glasses of water each day. The weight loss is evident after seven days of doing the diet. If you are looking for ways on how to lose belly fat quickly and easily, this is the best choice you have available. Also, this kind of diet will advise you to eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits each and every day. The key to making this diet work for you quickly is to do regular exercises in order to burn through the calories faster and more efficiently.
