Gregory Reece-Smith presents a copy of 'The Harmonising Times' newsletter for May 2015. The newsletter is sent directly to Gregory's subscribers at http://www.CreatingHarmonyInYourLife.com in the first week of each month.

April was almost a game of two halves! It began with the pressure of the eclipse to step out of our comfort zones, releasing what no longer is serving each us. Then the new moon on the 18th heralded the arrival of new beginnings. Are these all complete, no. It is just that like it or not, the dice are rolling. And, as indicated in April´s edition, the effect of an equinox can last for six months or more.

What we can confirm here at Creating Harmony and amongst our clients and friends, is that during the first third of 2015 we have experienced an intense time of change. The cumulative effect of the eclipses and equinox shifts creating much tumult in all our lives. Many we have spoken to feel they are adrift in their own lives, and not sure of where to turn.

It does not matter whether or not individuals consider themselves awakened and on their spiritual journey in a conscious and enlightened way. Rather, most still feel they are surrounded by challenges and do not really understand why their lives could not be easier.

This was certainly the case for those attending the last Awaken Transform Live (ATL) event in Copenhagen. "Coincidentally" 18th April, the day of the new moon, was the day we focused on transformation. Which meant that following the ceremonial burning of old beliefs and patterns that evening, the next day our focus was on creating the new.

As Sofia, one of the participants commented afterwards:
"Your commitment to helping everyone to reach their highest potential is phenomenal and truly inspiring. You've raised vibrations all around here - indeed a ripple effect - and now two weeks after your workshop I am manifesting things that previously seemed out of reach. Goodbye clutter, hello my own yoga studio!! Thank you so much Gregory. Come back soon!"

This was what April's dance of life was all about. To make the same unconscious choices based on old beliefs and patterns will not lead to where each of us wants to be. For those reticent to address some of their deeper core beliefs, it may have been a difficult time. Hence increased anger and anxiety.

Even when making what appear to be new choices, seeking to create their new reality, they are still searching. The shift can only be made by moving from the established patterns of the unconscious mind to those of the heart/soul. This is the intent of Creating Harmony´s ATL events.

Whilst this may sound easy, for many it is difficult. This is because we have evolved through allowing the unconscious mind to become the strongest guide of our lives. It controls our perceptions and creates continuity so that life can be experienced as a "story" in which each of us is the main, if not only character.

However, life is made up of the many many stories of those around us, each as vital and important to them as is our own. Each story based on the idea of cause and effect explaining why things happen the way they do for each of us.

What is happening in this period of transition is that our unconscious mind seeks to hold on to the dominance of the story line and truth of its story, it does not want to let go and allow the story to evolve. For there is a deep fear that when the mind lets go of its ownership of its "truth" then everything will break down.

However, new dreams and realities cannot be born from the established patterns and beliefs. Only when we begin to see and experience things that were not seen and felt before, when the veils are lifted can we truly see what is before each of us. The full potential of what is possible.

This in essence is what many refer to as being "heart centered". In this `new´ way of being, the unconscious mind continues to be a part of our story of creation, only it does not dominate and control. It becomes the "story teller" that weaves the stories of the heart and soul into manifestation without needing to dominate, control or be seen to be important.

This is the transition Earth is undergoing. As we alter our perception of what is possible, then each of us can co-create our new reality and space without judgement, blame, karma or any of the other limitations of the previous patterns and beliefs.

Remember every ending is always followed by a new beginning.

April saw a further decline in the intensity of solar activity. That said, one solar flare on 21st April was large enough to be viewed by many amateur astronomers.

When the sun is quiet, there is a deeper transformation occurring, much like the deeper and quieter movements of Earth. It affects our deeper, unconscious core beliefs, a deepening of the transformation which is under way. Stillness is not only a time of integration and rest, it is also a time of really deep shifting.

With one third of 2015 now passed at what has seemed like a fast gallop, May will be a month for creating foundations.

It will provide all of us with many opportunities to loosen the hold of the old patterns. Allowing each of us to align with the creative impulses of the soul and heart, expressing ourselves in a new way.

When we ignore what surfaces, it only goes deeper and continues to create life and so reactions. It will resurface again and again until it is accepted and released using processes such as those covered at an ATL event. It takes awareness, acceptance and self-responsibility to do so, and most of us are not comfortable when such emotions surface.

Why? Because the existing beliefs are our comfort zone. Ignoring does not release them. Rather as several clients have discovered, they will continue to create circumstances in order to grab our attention. As transformation continues around us, the old issues will become more and more painful. Of course, it is our choice to disengage or to dive deeper, allowing change to occur when we plan it!

Portents

On 3rd May we received more anchoring of the new through the full moon. This was also one of the most important festivals in the Buddhist calendar, known as either Vesak, Wesak or Buddha Day.

It commemorates the three significant events in Gautama Buddha’s life – his birthday, enlightenment and passing. One of the celebrations is at a legendary ceremony in a Himalayan valley.

May is the time to sing. Time to trust your voice, speak out loud what you feel, what you need, what you desire, who you want to meet. Declaring each and every day you are here to fulfill your purpose. You are ready, you are willing. You are doing it – not going to do it, you are doing it no matter what! Not a time to hide your voice at all.

Several years earlier one of the participants in Copenhagen had stopped singing whilst on stage in Chicago. She had stopped her career and when asked, said she no longer sang, not even in the shower! As we assembled around the evening fire she led us in a song and as we cleared up the next day, was heard singing!

Some of the reasons the throat becomes closed can be found in The Seven Secrets to Living in Harmony – "Why do I have trouble speaking up" (You can purchase your copy from anywhere in the world by visiting Amazon Here).

As you come to accept the transition which is under way, you may feel some uneasiness and dis-comfort in the area of the solar plexus. In the body this is our personal power area. As we accept no-one other than ourselves has power over our own life, limiting patterns and beliefs will be released.

These may be experienced as physical dis-comfort in the digestive system as the effect of the shift is digested. In turn this may lead to anxiety, insomnia and upsetting dreams. As the energy decreases up to the new moon on 17th May, this is a great time to continue releasing any areas of your life which no longer serve you.

The best way to work through this is to just breathe deeply and allow the patterns and beliefs to dissolve. This will make space for joy, love, harmony and abundance to arrive.

And then, bring these back into your heart and sing, dance and write them into the "story" that is your life!

The watery energy of the new moon on 17th May favors and supports the foundation of anything ethical or principled around creation of abundance.

The day after the new moon, Mercury goes retrograde until 11th June. Including the shadow periods, this has an impact for seven weeks. It will encourage us all to slow down and re-consider what we communicate, ensuring it comes from the heart of what matters to each of us. Oh yes, and ensure everything is backed up.

Create the structure for what you desire

May 2015 is a number 4 in terms of numerology. A four is about building foundations, of setting plans and putting in place structures and organizing our life in order to build upon a stable platform. So very much the ideal number to follow April´s harnessing of our creative gifts.

So May is a time to reflect upon the structures within your life, your family, your home and your security.  You can achieve anything, when you ground and anchor and take the practical steps to make your dreams a physical reality.

The number four is also a karmic number… facilitating us to honor the wisdoms of the past, and move forward with renewed vigor.

The step before arriving at the number four adds up to the number ’13’. Thirteen represents both death and re-birth and the opportunity to transform. It indicates the potential of creating harmony and balance between the divine masculine and feminine energies within each of us.

In Summary
May´s energies are encouraging us all to:

- be ourselves, no longer being what others wish us to be;
using our own song, no longer constrained by others and our perception of their expectations;
- seek out and connect with those with whom you can co-create;
- follow the call of your heart;
- accept all life is an experience, as such it is only to be observed and accepted, not held onto; and
- take responsibility to follow your own dream.

Until June, with its time to rest and gather strength for the second half on 2015.
