The other day I was talking with a relative of mine. One thing led to another and we started to talk about training, supplements, etc. He mentioned to me that he rarely trains his legs, and ignores leg workouts, that he mainly focuses on upper body. I realized that this is actually a big issue and a big mistake throughout the Weight lifting world. Training your legs separates the 'Wanna be's' from the 'Big dogs'. This really got me thinking since I don't understand how anybody could neglect such a large muscle group that has the power to make your entire body grow. Yes, I realize that the thought of it makes your skin crawl. But guess what? You are holding yourself back if you don't take your legs to the limit. BIG time. If you're like 90% of the Weight lifters out there, you casually overlook the most important body part to train.

Here are just a few of the benefits you get from an intense leg workout:

  • Anabolic Hormones
  • Full Body Workout
  • Full Body Growth
  • Ramped up Metabolism(For days)
  • Overall Symmetry and Balance
  • If you aren't Squatting, or doing any kind of exercises for legs, you are missing out on all of these benefits, along with the surge of Testosterone and Growth Hormone that your body produces when your Legs are being taken to the limit. This contributes to the Full body growth effect. Iv'e heard just about every excuse in the book, from, "I'm to tall" too, "it's just so painful." Spare me, if I can Squat to the point of not being able to sit on the toilet the next day, than you can too. And this is with a Titanium Rod inserted into my Femur with two screws that look like they belong to Frankenstein's creator. Trust me it's as painful as it sounds. Yet my Legs are taxed more than any other Muscle the next day after my workout. It's all about your Mindset. If you want to truly get the most out of your training, you'll start training your legs, and I mean hard. Take the leap and get out from unde eath the mediocrity and top heavy goobers we see at the gym and elsewhere. Good Luck! Brad

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
