Success is about doing the right things at the right times in your life. This takes faith and courage, knowing the right thing to do and the courage to do it is key to making the right choices. For good timing is everything. Purposeful living is doing the little things that matter a whole lot. Relationship building, giving respect to those around you and being polite and kind to all you meet and carry yourself with style and dignity. Your attitude and your personality is just as important as your experience and your ability. You should know that you have what it takes inside of you to be great at all you do. So why do anything half way, give it your all to live a wonderful life every single day on purpose. A life of purpose on purpose will do things for you that the average person knows nothing about. So strive to become all that you are capable of becoming give it 150%. Everything you will experience in life will be totally up to you and what you do with your time and effort. Life’s full of choices what you choose today, will decide what you will be tomorrow. How we decide what’s right or wrong decides the quality of our decision and ultimately the quality of our life. If you don't have integrity, you won't have confidence either. What is most important is that you need to have the courage and confidence to make a decision for yourself. The only one stopping you is YOU!! Good decisions come from experience, and experience comes from bad decisions. According to recent Gallup Poll data, 73% of employed Americans are not psychologically connected to their work. They show up but are not passionate. This lack of passion is not limited to those in the workforce. Data also shows that there is an on going struggle inside each of us that wants a connection to something bigger than ourselves. We want lives filled with meaning, purpose and enjoyment. If you will live your life on purpose you will discover exactly what you are uniquely designed and called to do in this life. It helps you find your individual purpose and points you in the right direction of what you should focus your efforts on. Most of us have never been taught to make wise decisions in our work or personal lives. If you have declared to live your life from a place of integrity, for example, ask yourself: Does this decision I'm about to make cause me to make a deposit in my personal integrity account? Having a Sense of Purpose gives all your daily endeavors a sharper focus and creates the motivation to "get the job done" with a smile on your face. Peoples lives should be effected by the gift God gives to each of us.. We need to free ourselves from our social conditioning concerning what kind of work has value. We need to be free to select the type of work and life style which suits us regardless of what others think of our choices. By our own choice understand that we are simply asking for the freedom to pursue that which fulfills us. We need to believe in our inner feelings and what brings us happiness. Happiness and inner contentment are signs that we are aligned with our life purpose. I want to spend the rest of my life encouraging people to put forth the necessary effort for developing the GREATNESS that's already within them. Now understand that Greatness does not happen automatically, it has to be developed through education, training and personal development. One of the best things about getting a college education is that you have more careers to choose from. If you have specific career goals, you may want to consider a college that will train and prepare you in that specific area. For some professions you may need to attend a specialized college like film or culinary school. For others, especially more technical jobs, it may be a vocational-technical college. Schools like these, that provide focused training in skill-based careers, are known as career schools or colleges. Career schools' programs generally range from two to four years, depending on the extent of training required. While career colleges clearly have their benefits, keep in mind that training in a specific field may limit your career options if you decide to change your career down the road. For me I truly believe in developing multiple skills. Remember before you commit to a career college, be sure you're choosing a career that will keep you happy and fulfilled for many years to come. It would be so much better if it were something that helps you fulfill your life's purpose. For you can be paid to do something you enjoy doing that excites you about the opportunity to make a major difference in the world. Be sure to make your own decision don't let someone make this decision for you. For I have met students who let someone else whether parents or friends make the decision for them what they should major in. But what happens is it is not something they want to do so they go through changing their major many times not having a clear direction of what they want or should be majoring in. Most of these students will find themselves as college drop outs because they cannot make up their minds to where it is their going or what they want to do. It is vital that if you are going to college to figure out why you are going before you actually get there. One of the things I want students to really understand is when you go to college it prepares you to be an employee. As you know by now I am a strong believer in getting an education, but students should also learn about the four pillars of wealth which is real estate investment, Business ownership, Sales and Marketing, and Internet Marketing. You should explore at least one of these fields. It would be great to become apart of more than one so that you are able to build multiple streams of income.
