The time has come when we cannot just rely on others to make the world a better place – each one of us has to do our bit. And let’s face it this world needs our help right now.

Random acts of kindness are an ideal way to raise your energy to attract great things in to your life. It starts with being kind to yourself. Take care of yourself; make time for small treats and a little fun. Then, by being willing to selflessly show kindness to others, you'll inadvertently attract kindness in to your life. It can be as simple as smiling or as big as making charitable donations or sharing your knowledge to give others a step up. The pay it forward method of kindness will have the greatest ramifications for everybody involved.
