Start forcing yourself to have a better attitude, and start spending thirty minutes a day reading some positive words of wisdom and some motivational materials. Make yourself have a better attitude, choose a better attitude...about your job or career, about your marriage or partnership, and even about your life in general!

Start counting your blessings, and give thanks for every little thing that you have to be thankful for, no matter how tiny it thankful for it! Realize that "happiness is a choice," and just as some people choose to be miserable about certain things, YOU can choose to be happy about things!

Making your life better, is about developing some goals, developing a better attitude, and using some motivation, whether it is the written word, hearing motivational CDs, or even cutting on pictures from magazine, of things that you desire, and hanging them in the car, the office, the bathroom, and on your kitchen wall.

You have to do whatever it takes to get you motivated to take the little baby steps, one step at a time, to work towards the goals that you have set for yourself!
