DO THE RICH HAVE MONEY SECRETS?

WORLD WEALTH - THE OTHER 99%

According an annual world wealth report released by an organisation called Cape Gemini Consulting there are about only .5% (point five percent) "dollar millionaires" in the world, roughly 30 million. This is based on the individual's net worth, taking into consideration all assets, excluding their primary residences. This number includes the richest people in the world as well as those who just make it on to the list. There you have it - less than 1% of the world's population are "wealthy" as defined in this report. Who are these people? Do they know the "money secret"? Now, the other unavoidable question is - are you part of the 1% or are you part of "the other 99%?"

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM?

What is the difference between the 1% of the world's wealthy and the other 99%? Apparently there are quite a few differences if the array of literature on the subject is anything to go by. For starters it has to do with mindset, they say - you need the right "attitude" toward money. Many people have been conditioned by religion or some other conviction that money is "evil' - based perhaps on the well known "money is the root of all evil" idea. Secondly, it has to with drive, ambition and desire. Where there is no desire or determination to become wealthy, there is almost zero chance that anyone would end up being rich. Thirdly, the lack of education about money management is the main cause why those who eventually "stumble" into wealth (like lotto millionaires) rarely hold on their riches for any significant length of time.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

What is your attitude toward money? If your mind and your attitude toward money are right and you have the drive and determination to be rich what is keeping you in the 99%? Have you been looking in the right places and speaking to the right people? Has the right opportunity not yet presented itself? Think about this for a while - if you really want to be rich what is preventing you from becoming so? The wise old Solomon said that it is not always the fast that win the race or the strong that win the battle, that it is all decided by chance - by being in the right place at the right time.

Who knows? You might just be in such a place if you have read this article all the way through to the very last sentence.
