  4. Do cycling- Particularly for people with arthritis/Joint Pain, the smoother motion of cycling minimizes the jolting of traditional jogging, Cycling may help you condition your body for other types of exercise as well. Cycling helps to make you joint strong.
  5. Take a healthy balanced diet- A healthy diet and adding specific foods and spices could help fight inflammation and joint pain. Try to take green vegetables, Low- or no-fat plain yogurt or milk, which are both high in calcium and vitamin D. Try other naturally oily fish, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage.
