Most Network Marketers know, that once you have discussed you’re opportunity with your "warm market" (friends and family) it can be very hard to find new people to join your business. Your upline will tell you to try cold calling people whom you don't know very well. In my experience this strategy, for the most part, is a total waste of their time and yours. It is also a great way to get rejected and down on yourself due to all of the negativity you will face.

We are in the 21st century everybody. The internet allows us to talk to billions of prospects all over the world. So, if you are still doing Network Marketing or MLM using "old techniques", it is time to step into this century. Sure, countless others have been successful using the old ways of Network Marketing or MLM. But as a great signer once said "the times they are a changing". Ok, so you are not tech savvy. Well, the great thing is, you do not need to be. There are many systems already set up for the "average" person. All you need to do is find them and get into them. If you are willing to work and learn, the information and help is out there. It's up to you to get online and find it. Now, I am not against the "old ways" of Network Marketing. In fact I still use many of the offline tools myself. For instance, passing out samples and talking to people I know. In my opinion though, you cannot limit your business to just your local or warm market. Expand into the world of Internet Network Marketing or MLM. You will not be disappointed.

You can do this in your down time. One or two hours a day is all you need, but you must have a plan. Make your business plan, write it down somewhere you will see it every time you sit at your desk. If you get your business out on the internet, you will see huge growth in just a year or two, depending on the amount of time you can put into your Network Marketing business.

The internet is a great resource for Network Marketers and MLM’ers. We have the opportunity to reach billions throughout the world. Network Marketing has never had this ability in past years. Network Marketers used to have to travel all the time to get the word out about their products and business opportunities. Now we have the ability to do this same thing, right from our own home.
