So as the all-inspiring, motivational speaker, Jack Canfield, tells us in his oh-so knowledgeable way “doing the same thing in the same way and expecting a difference outcome is the definition of madness.” Whatever your goals are, if you continue to repeat the exact duplicate behavior that never helps you work toward your goals and this time you follow the same pathway anticipating something else in the end, it will never happen. Not this time, not next time, not ever.

Change will create movement on your journey toward greater health, motivation, happiness and well-being. Change will be the magic that helps you see through the thicket and into your future, a future that is comprised of all your hopes and dreams. ~The understanding that no one is perfect and everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
~The awareness and zest to journal your movements and on goings.
~The keenness to find pleasure in your life and your future.
