4) Swimming

A lot of problems seem much more manageable when you are submerged underwater. Not to mention, blocking out sound from the rest of the world is ample thinking time. Lou from work getting on your last nerve? Then simply drown him out with a daily swim.

Water, in general, can be very relaxing, so even if you don’t swim you could find peace in a nice warm bath. Stick in the bubble bath, put on some music and doze yourself into a new state of serenity.
