- Opt In's (the page where you trade more information for a name)
- Offers (what you actually provide the people who subscribe to your list in the step above to accentuate the value they get out of participating)

For example -

If someone is looking for dating tips as they finalize a divorce and enter a whole new social marketplace from the one they knew a decade ago...

- You may write articles on online dating
