The human psyche lives by its own laws. Knowing them, you can consciously work to strengthen it.

RHYTHM LAW

To strengthen our body, we create a training rhythm. It is not exercise, not training, but the “load-recovery” rhythm that makes us stronger. Thanks to the created rhythm, a person has the ability to swing his metabolism and start supercompensation processes that contribute to the accumulation of energy in the body.

If we get out of rhythm, that is, we unjustifiably increase the load or rest period, then the energy balance of the body is destroyed and we weaken.

The psyche is also subject to its own rhythm. It is not a static phenomenon. Our psyche is movement, vibration. If this oscillation is stable and harmonious, then there is an increase in psychic strength. Otherwise, we lose psychic energy. This manifests itself in a bad mood, irritability and lack of self-control.

MENTAL RHUTHM

Mental rhythm is a natural agitation-inhibition dynamic. We can distinguish a large mental rhythm (wakefulness - sleep) and a small one (increase in activity - decline in activity).

Violation of the large rhythm is now very common and is reduced to a decrease in sleep hours or a drop in its quality. This is guaranteed to lead to nervous exhaustion.

Violation of the small rhythm results in either prolonged excitement (hyperactivity) or prolonged inhibition (pathological passivity, depression and spleen). Both are a consequence of our reaction to external stress factors, under the pressure of which we lose our mental stability and fall out of the natural rhythm provided by nature.

HUNTER YESTERDAY AND TODAY

In the prehistoric period, human life was subject to circadian (diurnal) rhythms. As the sun rose, they got up and started their daily activities: women went to look for edible tubers and fruits, men went hunting. At the same time, human mental activity was regulated by the natural environment.

Today, we have significantly changed the rhythm of life given by nature, and our psyche has become a victim of these changes. The working day of the average contemporary is the process of siphoning all the vital forces out of the body. Man has become a battery serving the System.

To regain our health and mental strength, we must make sure that our lifestyle is in accordance with the laws of mental rhythm. This is the "Hunter" method.
