Operate In ‘I’m Okay’ Mode
No matter what has happened so far in your life – you are essentially fine.
Find a picture of yourself as a young child. If you can’t find a picture, imagine yourself about 10 years old. Now, write that child a letter outlining the perfect life he or she is going to enjoy.
Do not limit this child in any way. Write as if everything is possible.
Do not allow your present day physical, mental, emotional or financial challenges to influence the perfect picture you paint for this child.
We’re asking you to do this to bring your mind to what you once believed was possible.
You may not become an astronaut or a princess but there’s absolutely no reason why you can’t be happier in your career, more fulfilled in your marriage and more engaging with the ideas and hopes that you want for yourself.
Fear runs shallow and will take many forms and much diversification. We overcome one obstacle in our journey only to find we are replacing our anxieties in a layered and complex fashion. Avoiding such traps does not always appear easy on the face of our instinctive attraction to the uncertain.
The challenge is to focus and to see a greater picture and a greater presence built on the true depths of self-awareness and not on the shallow fragments of a fearful and self-critical existence.
Even minor difficulties can fuel major change. True success is never suspect but is a copy of the inner manifestation that lies at the heart of each and every one of us.

Truth is never turbulent but is much more a freeing expression of the nature of what we are and how we express ourselves. Truth carries a simplicity that awaits discovery. Truth is never fed on neediness or on a misunderstanding of what and who we are.
The focus of your creation becomes the embodiment of a transformation from self-absorbed dependency to self-made completion. You acquire and understand that fearless sense of ‘I too am okay’.
In the knowledge that your circumstances are never you, be aware that the world you see is not the world that is you. Open your heart to a readiness and a willingness to say ‘I can change my world’.
As that child we spoke of saw their dream, now is your opportunity to reawaken and recapture the dream at the heart of who you are.
Always remember that you are okay.
