People who are attracted to each other tend to flirt. It’s actually a good reason why you’re able to sit here and read this article. As you can see, you’re saying that she’s really sexy, but then at the same time her legs are unattractive. So it will be easy for the woman to accept your comment as your positive statement was more obvious in weight than the minor complaint you made about her. This sets up a flirty scenario where she’s going to know that you kind of like her, but are teasing her because of her legs.

She’s going to then be like “oh my legs are not fat” and you are going to say they are.

Then the next thing you know, you’re starting to banter and flirt even more!
