Gently massage the mixture on the scalp, and roots of hair, and leave it for 30 minutes. Afterwards, shampoo and condition as usual, but let the hair to dry naturally. 2. Mix 1 tablespoon of patchouli with 10 tablespoon of avocado oil. Stir the ingredients thoroughly, and store in a bottle. Gently massage your scalp with the mixture, and leave it for 20 minutes. Afterwards, use mild shampoo for rinsing hair. This remedy can be used on daily basis, and the stored mixture can be used for 1 month.
3. Rubbing sap of aloe vera on scalp is one of the most effective home remedies for thick hair.
4. Take equal amounts of, mayonnaise, tomato and aloe vera sap. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, and apply this mixture on the scalp, before going to bed. Cover with shower cap, and leave it ove

5. Soak some flax seeds in water, and leave them for 5 days. Afterwards, apply it on the scalp with the help of cotton ball.

1. Eat lots of fibrous foods because they are rich in anti-oxidants, for instance, fruits and vegetables.
2. Drink at least 12 glasses of water in a day to keep skin hydrated. The hairs are rooted deep under the skin of our head.
3. Increase intake of foods that are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. For example, milk, butter and cheese are good source of Vitamin A; asparagus, broccoli, bananas, spinach and potatoes are rich source of Vitamin B. In addition, strawberries, kiwi fruits, mangoes and oranges are rich source of Vitamin C. Moreover, avocado, blackberries, nuts, wholegrain products are rich source of Vitamin E. Use these foods to enhance hair growth.
