Add a teaspoon of lime juice to a cup of bitter gourd juice and drink it on an empty stomach. Other home remedies for psoriasis include aloe vera extract, avocado oil, cashew nut oil, sesame seeds, and lecithin seeds. Vitamin E can also aid cure this skin condition. This dermatological disorder can be worsened by factors, such as stress, infections, cigarette smoking, skin injuries, and too much exposure to the sun. A good way to prevent the worsening of this condition is to find out the triggers that aggravate your psoriasis and try to avoid them.
