Once you have accomplished the first step towards goal attainment which is establishing good, solid and SMART goals, you will have to develop your plan to reach them. Without a plan, goals are little more than hopes and dreams. It is like having to go somewhere you've never gone before without having access to a navigation system or map. This lack of planning is one of the biggest reason people do not accomplish their goals. It is critical to your success that you have a plan of action, containing a list of step by step activities for each one of your goals. This will allow you to accomplish those big goals one step at a time. For purposes of this article, let's focus on ensuring that you get off to a fast and powerful start by focusing on the first 90 days. Having a successful start will give you the boost you need to keep moving. This also helps you to remain aware of your progress throughout the year instead of waiting until the end. If you are meeting your 90 day targets, then you know you are implementing well. However, if you discover that you are falling short, you may find that the activities you outlined aren't moving you forward in reaching your goals. If this is the case, you will know that you need to tweak something in order to get yourself back on track. For example, in my business - Excellence Unleashed, I have a goal to add 2000 people to my email list by the end of the year. I break my goals down into quarters or 90 day increments. Therefore, I need to add 500 people each quarter or every 90 days. To accomplish this, some of my activities are to: become active on social media - by sending Facebook and Linked In updates twice a day and Twitter updates 4x per day. I will post article blogs 2x per week, offer 3 FREE products, and offer a free training at least one time per quarter. Each one of those activities will have a deadline date. At the end of the 90 days, I will be able to determine if I am on track (by having 500 people on my e-list). I will know if I need to increase these activities, tweak them a little or ditch them altogether and come up with better ones. Breaking the year end goal into 90 day increments also helps strengthen your belief in achieving the goal, which is another critical element of your success. Although my overall goal is to add 2000 people; that number seems a bit overwhelming and out of reach to me. However, I can see myself adding 500 so this is the number I will focus on trying to reach, for now. Whatever you can see yourself doing, that's where you want to focus, initially. When you accomplish that, you up the ante a little. For instance, after I accomplish the first step of getting the 500 people, I may decide that I will go for 700 over the next 90 days. Hopefully, you get the point. I will cover this in more detail in an upcoming FREE tele-seminar. Take the time now to break your goals down into manageable bite sized steps, starting with the first 90 days. Focus on getting to the highest point that you can actually see yourself accomplishing. Don't set yourself up for failure by initially setting your sights on something so high, you don't actually believe it is possible. You will eventually get there. But, for now, it is step by step. Now, write your 90 day plan of action and get moving. Share your 90 day plan for accomplishing one of your goals by leaving a comment on my blog.

These apps use advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze the context of a conversation. By uploading a screenshot of a match's bio or an ongoing chat, the AI generates several response options tailored to the s
