Fast sleep is a gift of god to every human, but we lost it due to our negligence; our thirst of money and luxuries never lets us a calm and deep sleep, anyhow, you can save this gift with a slight change in your daily routine. I give you these tips to get a fast asleep. You should consider these tips and change in your daily habits accordingly.

1. Most of the time determination works as miracles. You can fall asleep quickly when you try it with clear determinations. You should clear your mind from several scattered thought.
2. You should avoid distraction. Never try to listen music or watch TV at sleeping time, they can wake you more than required.
3. A spiritual book or light poetry can help you get fast sleep. You should read a book until you feel your eyes heavy, it will take around 30 minutes maximum, to bring you a calm and deep sleep.
4. Scientific research has proved that your brain develops sleep aid chemicals more quickly in the dark and soundless room. You should choose a dark room where no noise can disturb you and let your brain to develop those chemicals that are main activist of deep sleep.
5. Having sex is another great tool to bring you fast and deep sleep. It is a process that clears your mind of every thought and eases your body to motionless position for fast and deep sleep.
6. You should avoid taking and coffee or alcohol at bedtime, many thought that it brings their mind to a calm position, but the fact is that it mix up the thoughts and generate a nightmare for you.
7. You should avoid taking foods full of sweet, because sugar generates energy, but you have to kill your energy for deep and calm sleep.
8. PC is worst enemy of your sleeping and you should not waste your time in front of it when failing to get fast sleep, it will only increase your sleeplessness.
9. Don’t do any hard physical activity to destroy your energy near your bedtime. Although, it can help you in getting tiredness, but can take long time to bring calm asleep.
10. You should take a shower to get relief of the whole day’s burden on your muscles. A hot bath, 1-2 hour before the bedtime can give you a relaxed feeling and bring you a natural calm and deep sleep.
11. You can start counting to divert your mind of other thoughts and get a fast sleep. You should count without more concentration, so that your mind can clear other thoughts and let you have a nice sleep.
12. You should use the old phenomena “Fake it till you make it”, close your eyes gently and act like sleeping. It works most of the time and brings you fast asleep.
13. Have a light dinner and include those foods having rich carbohydrates. Carbohydrates increase the desire to sleep in your mind and let you have a nice and deep sleep.
14. You should avoid afternoon naps to fall asleep fast in the night.
