I’m sure you’ve heard it a hundred times, if you ate all these fried foods it would appear on your face. But what is it? Is this true or was it the story of a few years old wives?

Fried food has become one of the biggest myths of all time. What causes acne when you eat fried food? Or chocolate or any other food or treat? The answer is not that the myth never goes away.

Acne free skin

What causes acne? Well if you eat fried foods, haven’t cleaned your face, have extra active oil glands or hormonal teens then you can only get a few pimples. If you have an age problem, the healthiest thing you can do is eat healthy and remember to clean your makeup at night. Sometimes it seems like the simplest thing is the real answer to a skincare problem. I’ve noticed that since I’m eating well, less fried foods and no milk are spreading like crazy in my mouth. But, what if you are stressed? Well it can appear on your face and even your hair! Learning to cope with everyday stress helps to remind you of your outlook on life and your good eating habits. A bad habit reaches out to junk food that is going to appear elsewhere. Or as my friend says "don't bother eating it, just stick it in your hips, wherever it's going"
Now here is another interesting myth that is not really a myth but what else do you really need? What will be the eye cream? Do you really need it? Eye creams seem to be a hit and miss for most people. They either swear to them or tell you that you are wasting your money

What are eye creams and what do they mean? Eye creams are thin, light moisturizers around your eyes. Do they really work? Well it depends on who you are talking to and which one they are using. All you really need is sunscreen for all ages indoors and outdoors. Do you really think that the sun does not hit your skin while you are indoors? You just go out? Sunscreen and sunglasses and you can go without spending $ 100.00 on a tiny tube of cream. But what if you are looking for anti-aging skincare? Then an eye cream made to help tighten around your eyes will be a better product than your daily moisturizer. And don't forget your sunscreen!

Here’s a fun thing to do when you’re trying to tell someone why you want to do the facial work.
Do you really need a facial? No they are having so much fun !! :)

What does your facial do?

Skin Cleansing Facial skin deeply cleanses your pores and soothes dry skin cells which makes your skin look young and alive and can help with mild acne and blackheads and so on! Pumping for an hour or so is very comfortable.

Now if you can’t afford to complete monthly facials, you can do it by making sure to invigorate your face at least once a week. There are so many products out there and there are ways to do it yourself sitting at home with a DIY recipe. What the facial does is it removes all the dead skin that it can create on your face which leads to those whiteheads and blackheads.

Deep cleansing your skin helps your skin to regenerate itself naturally.
There are some grains of truth in some of the oldest skin care myths, if once a person gets acne as a result of eating chocolate, they are definitely going to tell everyone! Does it cause your acne? What do you think? Does fried food cause acne?

Do you really need eye cream? Exfoliating your skin at home as well as facial power?
