It’s not out of the ordinary to hear about people making thousand’s of dollars a month from eBay. If you have ever read an article or did some research on the subject you already have seen the kinds of income people make.

The next time you are on eBay searching for that next great deal be it an engagement ring or your favorite baseball rookie cards take a look at how many power sellers there are. This will really blow your mind and give you an idea to just how many people are making a lot of money with eBay. Think about this, every power seller must be making at least a $1000 a month. If they make $3000 a month then they are considered a silver power seller. If they make more than $10,000 a month they are considered gold. The platinum level is over $25,000 and the top ranking power seller on eBay is titanium and they make over $150,000 in sales every month. Yep, you read that right. $150,000 in sales each and every month. Not too shabby for an online auction.

Most of the people who make these kinds of incomes didn’t start out looking for that pie in the sky. They just simply wanted to clean out the closet but they didn’t stop there. Just the fact that there are so many power sellers on eBay gives you an idea to just how much money can be made. There are literally thousands of people making full and part time incomes selling a multitude of things on eBay and a lot of them have been doing it for years. Wow, a full time income from home. Once they purchased the items they are going to be selling everything else is pretty much profit for these elite power sellers. These lucky people don’t have to pay for a building, staff, merchant fees (just eBay fees), building utilities or building maintenance. There are multi-million dollar companies out there making less corporate profit than eBay power sellers do.

Even if you only want to start out part time on eBay you can still make a boatload of cash. You can place you items and package them up during the weekdays and run them down to the post office on Saturday. There are not too many other things you could be doing from the comfort of your home that have the earning potential of eBay.

One of the great things about eBay is they don’t care how much you weigh, what you look like, what religion you are, where you reside or who you plan on voting for. Power sellers come from all walks off life. Some live out in the middle of nowhere where milking cows is you only option (that’s ok, someone has to do it) and some live in the penthouse suites of New York. With eBay everyone is on a level playing field and the sky is the limit. There’s no keeping the boss happy, no resume and no spending a fortune on gas to drive back and forth to work every day. If you can use a digital camera and post things then you can do it.

Let me say this another way. If you know where you can get a product for a relatively cheap price that will sell then you can sell it on eBay. Buy an in demand product in bulk at a discount and sell it on eBay. Easy as 1-2-3.

If you want to get your feet wet before committing to actually purchasing products in bulk you can always sell things that you have laying around that you either upgraded or don’t use anymore. For example, an old digital camera, mp3 player, video games, jewelry, used books and so much more. You are only limited by your imagination. That’s the beauty of eBay. There is always someone who wants to buy what you have to sell and they will seek you out instead of the other way around.

So what are you waiting for?
