With the idea that when one faces a challenge, external obstacles are actually the easy part they’re obvious. We can look at them and devise a plan of action to work through or around them.

The real barriers are the internal roadblocks. This is where it can get a bit difficult.

When you doubt yourself or your ability to persist in the face of a challenge, you immediately cut yourself off from the internal strength and resourcefulness required to succeed.

Once you learn how to dissolve your own self doubt and recognize a limiting belief, then take the steps to change that limiting belief to a positive one, you can then replace that doubt with a strong, confident inner voice that tells you to keep going in the face of challenge. You will allow all your natural abilities and talents to flow.

When you lessen the fear of a challenge, you will be able to tap into your creative flow, whenever you find yourself in a difficult bind. Its also very important to be familiar with the power of writing down your goals, and consistently setting small, medium and large goals, when necessary. You can and should have a nice mixture of realistic goals and goals that may take a little more work, but never believe a goal that others may deem unrealistic, is unrealistic for you. That is their limiting belief, not yours.

There should always be a healthy, good degree of excitement and passion, as well as wanting to experience real growth in your life. Be mindful that its always best to make decisions/choices and set goals that come straight from your heart, regardless of whether they may present a challenge for you or not.

Many well-known people succeeded in the face of a challenge that others might have thought to be totally unrealistic, because they had the courage and faith to set their goals and to persevere.

What kind of goals do you want to set?
