Imagine for a moment all that has been written about succeeding in an Online Business. It boggles the mind. Websites, SEO, newsletters, page ranks, product endorsements, traffic generation, software, firmware, stoneware and Tupperware. Just a scratch on the surface But no matter how many different opportunities, programs, tools or techniques you try in your attempt to succeed, there will always remain one common denominator…YOU! Do YOU have what it takes to Succeed Online? Now that question is not meant to make any of us feel inadequate to the task at hand. Not at all. But it does bring into focus a potential road block on our road to success. Perhaps it is not possible for you, or me, or anyone for that matter to succeed online, or anywhere else, by themselves. It’s been said that it takes a village to raise a child. By the same toke “raising” or building a successful online business oftentimes takes the efforts of not just yourself, but of a whole village, or team. The team concept in internet marketing may not seem new, but for many who have spent months, even years, struggling unsuccessfully online it may be an elusive fish to catch. We research how to make websites, what products or services to offer, how to write compelling content. We research ways to market our idea and who to reach. All that is fine and good, but is there an easier way. If we can combine our efforts at online marketing with a group who has the collective good of the whole team at heart then we can avoid many of the pitfalls of trying to go it alone. One team member can excel at recruiting, another at seo, still another at training, etc. So then we benefit from their expertise and in turn they can benefit from ours. Additionally, if we really have a team mentality then we won’t have a situation where a select few benefit from the work of the team as a whole. So as the team succeeds financially, then those profits are shared by the team equally. Not only does that benefit the individual team members in the short run, but it builds a desire to continue pressing the system forward.
