“Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Cancer, Helps Prevent Colds and the Flu, Helps Detox the Liver, Lowers Cholesterol, Helps Prevent Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia and Much More”

I made this recipe the other day for a birthday party and it was a real hit… people loved it. And this recipe is so simple to make and it’s very good for the body at the same time. This pasta recipe is anti-inflammatory, full of anti-cancer agents, helps prevent colds and the flu, helps detox the liver, lowers cholesterol, helps to prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, helps with arthritis, good reproductive and nervous system health, high in antioxidants thus helping to prevent disease in general and more. This recipe takes about 40 minutes to make. And this recipe is great to make a day ahead and keep in the fridge to serve the next day… that’s what I did.

Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe:

Ingredients:
18 - Oz of Dry Gluten-Free Whole-Grain Organic Penne Pasta - Cooked

4 - Medium Organic Potatoes - Boiled with the Skins

12 - Cloves of Organic Garlic

8 - Oz of Organic Cashews - Soak in Water for 30 Minutes

1 1/2 - Teaspoons of Organic Curry Powder

1 - Teaspoon of Organic Turmeric Powder

1 - Tablespoon of Organic Garlic Powder

12 - Oz of Organic Fresh or Frozen Green Peas

12 - Oz of Organic Fresh or Frozen Yellow Corn

12 - Oz of Organic Black Olives - Cut in Half

12 - Oz of Organic Red Bell Pepper - Chopped

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Filtered Water

Cook the pasta as you normally do and set it aside.

Next, take the cooked potatoes, cashews, garlic, curry powder, turmeric, garlic powder, and enough filtered water to make your blender work and create a very thick tasty sauce.

Place your cooked pasta in a 9x15-inch casserole pan and add the bell pepper, green peas, black olives, and corn.

Then add the sauce and mix well.

Salt and pepper to taste

You can cover this dish and place it in the fridge and it keeps well.

Great for a party, you can make it ahead of time and serve it the next day.
